Sptember 10 show

I went to this show with my brother . We were both living and working in London at the time. The only Dead song I knew was Dark Star which they played in the second set. The PA system was a wall one ginormous wall of voodoo. Phil Lesh's bass had lights flashing on the neck and body . I met one of the band in a pub some days before the gig. He had lost his wallett and as I was shiowing a friend my proudly obtained ticket for the show I suppose the Dead guy thought it might be his. I would like to know who it was . Was a hell of a nice guy. In the 1970,s hardly any bands went to my hometown in Australia. First concert I saw in London was Eric Clapton at the Rainbow.... that is another story.. THANKS so much for your site....Sept 10 was a great concert .. I can hear them now ... "DarkStar crashes.... forming its light into ashes ......" Nev

I remember this week in

I remember this week in London. It was the third and last time I saw a Dead concert and on the weekend I saw the Band play live for the first time.
