only "Mack The Knife"
Attendees of this show
Got backstage via Ramrod (rip) with my 5 yr old son....now 33.
Met Bob, Billy, Mickey, Phil, Brent and Steve Parrish
Great people, great time.....Mickey gave my son his drum sticks, Ramrod had him sitting right behind and between the drums during the 2nd set...
Thrill of a lifetime....but Jer was inaccessible..separate and aloof....from rest of group....
Well, the shark bites, with it';s teeth dear....

I don't know if you could say they actually played Mack the Knife (more like fooled around with it like when they used to do The Merry-Go-Round Fell Down or Beer-Barrel Polka) but it was in there somewhere.

"Mack The Knife" between "Minglewood" & "Birdsong.....Bobby gets out a couple of lyrics and then says "we'll work this up for next time"
Got way too high on liquid this night. Someone stole my coat. Had to be dragged from the Arena by a college buddy because I would not leave without my coat. His friend that drove looked a lot like Jerry G. I tried exiting the car at 60 mph and my friend put me in a head lock to save me from an unfortunate fate. I started to re-think taking acid after that night. The show was really intense.
But does anyone remembers an almost hostile local crowd, the pajama party didn't go over well on that rainy, cold night in Dayton.
As soon as the lights went down a beer whizzed past my head and hit the wall above me, in the halls where the dancers were, there was a crowd of I guess locals shouting at the hippies, it was kindof bizarre,
Couldn't really enjoy the show from the back of the floor either, with the sawdust on the floor, and the fans in the bleachers shouting at me while I was trying to dance,
maybe if I'd worn my shit kickers?
luckily I don't think there were any violent incidents,
but basically it sucked!!!

Those were the days of soapers. Ohio was a pretty screwed up placed and getting totally hammered on Jack and ludes was the thing to do. That was my senior year in high school.
