2nd of two....not quite up to 1st night's performance...less of a scene...preople headed back to wherever...still most fun ever had...
Check out Bob's playing on that song. Holy Moly!
Not as good as the 1st night, but still very solid. Bird Song with the Ultralight was very cool. Hey Pockey Way was a blast. Overall an amazing weekend.
I remember phil dropping some whoppers in the second set. This was the night of the ultralight fly over during Bird Song.
Nearly hit a rabbit the size of a St. Bernard on the way out. that night.
This was the night that I actually got it. Check out the Hey Jude reprise and then a NFA encore the band was having way too much fun they all start laughing during NFA... The NFA chant lasted for ever and turned into a moving drumfest that slowly moved into that immense lot.
This Night Drums "The Ambox System" Space The Sumblings Of A Madman" Check Out My Orignal Music at myspace.com/salaversano
Between being outside on an old Speed Track in a comfortable day/night in Maine, the perfect sunset behind the stage when Jerry and crew were singing "Eyes of The World", the ultralight flying over during "Bird Song", and the way it drizzled rain when they sang, "Looks like Rain", it was ALL meant to be. One of, if not, my favorite shows. I wish they had put out a video on this show.
i remember these 2 days like it was yesterday...my only couple of shows but it was worth the trip from scotland to be there, i met some great people and this weekend lives on in me agter all this time as a ray of hope and what can be achieved if we all stick together.
