lot of people were fuckin high
me too
this show began it all for me...life was never the same after i attended my first dead show here in my old hometown....would LOVE to get a copy of this...i "miracled" all of my 2nd and 3rd generation soundboard killer tapes to a lucky soul on craigs list ...i miss it all so much...
NO one will be watching us,
...but damned if I can remember what # show it was for me! After the fourth or fifth, they all were a blur.
...clams unleashed!
hi. i, too, was at this set of shows. jerry had a pretty bad sore throat and did not sing that much. i remember there being lots of fighting in the parking lot and that weird east coast vibe. a bottle was thrown through the air at one point and hit some guy pretty badly. i'd give these philly shows an average to slightly below rating.
I was trippin' but havin' a great time!
This was a stop you will never forget if you were. Bob rocked that night. this was not one of the better ones in phil pa. but it was a show!!!!!!
Camped out in the car in the parking lot for all three nights. There was some fierce acid going around that parking lot, I don't remember the shows much at all. I remember going into downtown Philly one day for cheesesteaks at Pat's Steaks at 9th and Passyunk. The third morning I woke up in the car feeling so skanky, I will never forget, we went over to the Hilton hotel next over next to the sports complex for the best hot breakfast ever, dressed all scuzzy and tripped-out deadhead style. I will never forget those three days of hippie paradise.
Bob Seger song comes to mind - Walk into a restaurant, people want to know if your a woman or a man...

I would love to chat w/anyone who ever attended this show. It was my first--pretty hot huh? Honestly, I didn't remember too much of it other than I had a blast. From here on in it's pretty much what my life has circled around. As I stated, I would love to and could probably talk forever about this show and many thereafter. Hope to here from ya. Bill
I would also love a copy of this show as well. When trading tapes where bigger than it is now, I was only able to obtain part of the 2nd set. I've been to some doozies. First Here Comes Sunshine in Tempe brought back. Fun show too.
