I developed my dead habit at the same time I became addicted to tobacco.
As a friend said......Interesting people smoke. Hanging in the high school
smoking area and listening to what everybody called the "Hotter than Hell"
bootleg. It eventually became 2 from the vault. Mammoth! Omnipotent! Fan
