Catch the first glimpse of the unreleased 7/18/89 Alpine Valley show with this beauty of a "New Minglewood Blues".
I would like to give props to the crew in West Des Moines, Iowa at Jordan Creek Theater! Went out to the lobby during Minglewood and told them my stereo was louder than our theater. They kindly grabbed a walkie talkie and said they would call it up! By the time I got back it was cranked up. Thank you.
Phil........was that a perm?
Bobby.........does Richards Simmons know he's missing an outfit?
Mickey with a Mickey shirt
Classic.
Small but enthusiastic crowd at a theater in East Cobb (metro Atlanta). As I was walking out, a guy said, "Better than a regular movie!"
Brent stole the show for me. =)
The movie was great! Sound was awesome, but only from the front speakers (behind the screen), it may have been the way it was recorded, but surround sound would have been even better.
I'm disappointed at the number of folks in the theater, however. There was only 10 of us, so it was an intimate show. Would loved to have seen more folks there, perhaps next year.
Peace

I agree was a great show/film. Took my girlfriend and her daughter who were both a bit hesitant about the dead but said afterwords. "I hope furthur doesn't sellout!" It seemed to be a good time for all. Our theatre was also slouching a bit in the volume levels as well and surround sound would have been nice! Can't wait for next years event!
