I've been opening up the charity topics when the charities themselves have requested it (most of them also have links on the Family pages), and I would be more than delighted to start topics for these folks as well, if they wanted it. My concern is opening one up that the actual folks never visit, so I wait for them to ask.
I'd also be happy to pursue it with them if you've got a contact at Seva I should talk to. Or, for that matter, Furthur, Planet Drum, etc. I do know a guy at Unborken Chain and I'm talking to him.

So I read all these really critical posts about no forum topics in the new site. It reminded me that there are essentially two kinds of "Deadheads". First, you got your folks who'll wait in line for three days to get a ticket or get into a general admission venue. Then, you got your folks who crash the gates or elbow thier way to the front of the crowd during the show. The difference is PATIENCE and TOLERANCE!
Leave if you want to, but here's a thought...try letting these folks work out some of these issues before you bail...it might be worth your while!
