"From day to day, just lettin' it ride,
You get so far away from how it feels inside,
You can't let go, 'cause you're afraid to fall,
But the day may come when you can't feel at all."

Santa brought me Road Trips Vol.1, naturally that is what I be listening to right now. THANKS SANTA!!!!
Right now the kids are sleeping--I'm the only one up. Having coffee and listening to the run of The Other One>Wharf Rat>The Other One>The Wheel>Around and Around. Question--are these downloadable to like an Ipod or MP3? And if so how do I do it? Also I noticed some downloadable shows that I can buy from the site. How do I do that? Sorry, folks, I still write checks.
Woke up this morning, had a cup of coffee and, before the shower, I played RIPPLE..a very good, sweet start.
Now, I'm at my daily job (I'm a marshall in my city police, in Cerveteri, a small town near Roma) and, while working, I'm listening to..WORKINGMAN'S DEAD..Dire Wolf, right now.
Happy Xmas and a happy new year to everibody.
Alex
From "Grateful Dawg" DVD. Although they don't sing the lyrics, on this DVD, I'll post for anyone that might like to see. Ironically, it's one of my all time favorite Chrismas Carols, although I'm not sure why. I've long since grown out of most canon (law) dogma, although I'm not one to "throw the (blessed) baby out with the (holy) bath water", either. My idea is, whatever works for you! I think I always liked it because of the musical element somehow, but I'm no musician so I can never put my finger on this mystery. Oh well, Seasons Greetings, folks.
God rest ye merry, gentlemen
Let nothing you dismay
For Jesus Christ our Savior
Was born upon this day
To save us all from Satan's power
When we were gone astray
O tidings of comfort and joy,
Comfort and joy
O tidings of comfort and joy
In Bethlehem, in Jewry
This blessed Babe was born
And laid within a manger
Upon this blessed morn
To which His Mother Mary
Did nothing take in scorn
O tidings of comfort and joy,
Comfort and joy
O tidings of comfort and joy
From God our Heavenly Father
A blessed Angel came;
And unto certain Shepherds
Brought tidings of the same:
How that in Bethlehem was born
The Son of God by Name.
O tidings of comfort and joy,
Comfort and joy
O tidings of comfort and joy
"Fear not then," said the Angel,
"Let nothing you affright,
This day is born a Savior
Of a pure Virgin bright,
To free all those who trust in Him
From Satan's power and might."
O tidings of comfort and joy,
Comfort and joy
O tidings of comfort and joy
The shepherds at those tidings
Rejoiced much in mind,
And left their flocks a-feeding
In tempest, storm and wind:
And went to Bethlehem straightway
This blessed Babe to find.
O tidings of comfort and joy,
Comfort and joy
O tidings of comfort and joy
But when to Bethlehem they came
Whereat this Infant lay,
They found Him in a manger,
Where oxen feed on hay;
His Mother Mary kneeling,
Unto the Lord did pray.
O tidings of comfort and joy,
Comfort and joy
O tidings of comfort and joy
Now to the Lord sing praises,
All you within this place,
And with true love and brotherhood
Each other now embrace;
This holy tide of Christmas
All other doth efface.
O tidings of comfort and joy,
Comfort and joy
O tidings of comfort and joy
