On this date in deadhead history - my MIL's dog chewed through my laptop cord and my son used up the remaining battery, so my files are captive until the new power supply arrives from Dell on Tuesday. Unless there's somebody out here in Orange County, where I'm visiting, who I can borrow one from. So far I have found that Toshiba uses a different connector than Dell :-)

It's impossible to rationally discuss 7/9/95. It's also impossible for me to listen to this show all the way through. It's too sloppily played and too emotionally loaded. I do return to the show on this date every year to listen to So Many Roads and Childhood's End. In a way I guess it really did mark my childhood's end (although I opted out of shows the middle of the fall '94).
