Grateful Dead
I've said it before, but, ANCHORAGE!
Six months after these shows I first got on the bus, and they're on the short list of shows I most regret missing.
I would like to reiterate what nuovodervo suggested--they should clean up and release the Alaska '80 run. I haven't found a really good sounding copy out there yet.
That link has been pulled also
I read it yesterday and David was commenting on the fact that the announcement was meant to be made on Monday. It is a 9 disc set and david commented on the high quality of the sound
So perhaps he has withdrawn it so they can announce it together tomorrow

I too would love to see that .. Jerry did a lot of gospel music .. that is a great idea !!
that's a really good idea.
I would love to see a box set of gospel songs performed by Jerry Garcia and his band, David Grissman, and others, if there is not enough for a box set I know there is more than enough for an awesome CD.

I'd also go for an Alaska 80 set even though I have some of the 6/20 show [ good soundboard btw]already.
