"Whoa-oh, what I want to know is; are you kind?"
This is an incorrect date.
The first St Louis area appearances were 2 performances at the National Guard Armory, May 24 and 25th, 1968. A local group the PUBLIC SERVICE BLUES BAND (not the Iron Butterfly) opened for the Dead both nights. I attended the second performance, on May 25.
(Note that the Iron Butterfly was NOT on this bill with them, but on the Feb 6 1969 appearance at Keil Opera House. The Dead opened the concert, based on the toss of a coin. I attended this performance.)
This show is listed twice! Oops!

This show was in Kansas City, Kansas
Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall 2-5-69
I was there, with several others from my town. An outstanding show. The GD opened for Iron Butterfly that evening, what a very strange night it was.

This show should be 4/14/83!
Thanks, Laser
Show starts with Jack Straw, before 1/2 Step.
Listening to the full show on Sirius right now.

The 3-28-73 that is listed on dead.net is actually the setlist that occurs on 3-26-73. So if you scroll from 3-26 to 3-28 you see the same setlist.
Hopefully the Dead.net folks will update the info for 3-28.
As a side note: I've always thought the Weather Report Prelude through Johnny B Goode section of this show (3-28) should be considered for a future Road Trips release. The Dark Star from the show is simply stunning!
