Grateful Dead
Hey Bob,
Buffalo will eat up as much of you as you can book. I'll never forget the look on your face at the Mountain Jam festival. You looked so happy to see the ocean of people going all the way up that ski slope. You can make it happen sonically. I LOVED the way you played with the Dead!
That smooth easy lead that sync's you with the drummers. No one does that but you.You turn around and play with Bill which is just a power house of rhythm.I can't get enough!!!
Thanks,
Ben
the dog tour is shaping up rather nicely, I think.
anyone have idears about where they might fill in some gaps on the west coast leg?
ALSO, any rumours or semi-reliable info about any New Year's related shows??
peace.
...will be playing Sat., August 22nd at the Cuthbert Ampitheatre in Eugene, OR. and Friday the 21st at the Britt Ampitheatre in Jacksonville, OR. Should be a fun weekend!
It seems the web is slow to update but here in Richmond, VA it was announced yesterday that Ratdog and Moe are coming July 8th! Same place Phil played last year called Innsbrook! Not having the ratdog.org message boards anymore is a real bummer.
Now I just need Bobby to swing by Red Rocks this summer! This is shaping up to be a grate year!
"When the smoke has cleared she said, that's what she said to me. You're gonna want a bed to lay your head and a little sympathy"
this is not a April Fools joke. I just found out Ratdog will returning to southern Oregon this summer to play again at the Britt Pavillion in the historic gold-mining town or Jacksonville on Friday, August 21st. The Dead and the Dog,got my years entertainment lined up. One place holds 22 thousand and the other 22 hundred. Thank you Bob Weir and Ratdog for coming back to southern Oregon. See ya there!
Just wanted thank the Dead and Ratdog.org for great tickets to the free NY shows! It was awsome!
I know there were some tapers there so hopefully the shows make it to Archive.org
Their wagon from the ABB last year, things just seemed to pop. I've heard little but raves about the shows, and the show I saw in Greensboro was the best Ratdog experience I've had. The Cream Puff War alone was worth the price of a ticket. The band clicked, and Bobby was energized...which is what gives me very high hopes for the spring Dead tour.
That was an amazing run in FLA, Fort Meyers was off the hook!!!! Boca was a super time!!!

I'll be going and will be needing a roommate. I'll be holding out for a busty blonde for a while.
