I thought this would be nice for a change and acknowledgement of a unique occurence in rock history caled the "progressive rock" movement. This is some of most incredible music and certainly some of the most complex music that has ever been composed in the 20th century. Homer Simpson said it best "everybody knows that rock music peaked in 1974" and I think he may have been onto something! For those who were around to witness such music live, take that experience to heart and cherish, it was special. Rock music has never been able to catch up to this level of musicianship and orchestration. -- Ursa Minor

I saw Todd Rundgren last week and he has stayed there, and is surpassing the musiclanship and orchestration of those days. If he comes to your town, Don't miss this show.
that's how I spent high school, in my room with the headphones on, listening to this stuff. Didn't really get into the Dead until several years later. Thanks, Ursa!

Thanks Ursa, for sharing this vine. Quite a treat!

Send it my way, with my thanks, Ursa.
