I know the last time I stayed in Oakland for shows was not exactly ideal... these are the more presentable ones that are sorta walking distance. If you don't need walking distance the picture improves considerably.

Might I suggest we adjourn to the fine Baja Taqueria at 41st and Piedmont? I doubt you will ever find a taqueria with more Dead posters and Jerry art, and the food is great whether you eat meat or veg. Fish tacos are a specialty, but I like other things better.
Maybe Saturday or Sunday afternoon?
