Ironman...

sorry response to your emails is slow. If Iknew the answer I'd tell you. I suspect they're swamped and, like us, trying to get things working right, but I'm sorry and I'll mention the issue.

Why are shipping costs so damn high!

Why won't customer service answer my emails?

Scroll Hell

Love the look of new site.... but the post fonts and spacing is so large that it is hard to read with all the scrolling one needs to do... makes my eyes hurt!!

Please reduce the size so you get 4 or 5 posts visible at least at a time.. right now it is 1 or 2 at most...

thanks.

Your recent posts

Hey now, Rose-- if you go to your own profile page (click My Account on the left there) you'll see a section on the right of that page called User's Recent Posts, which is a partial solution to the problem you're talking about. However, partial is the operative term, as my Recent Posts seem to reflect the reality of several days ago.

A more complete solution would be a good thing, and I'll pass that along. (I'll also email this to you so you don't have to slog through so much).

As for the issue of being taken straight to new-to-you posts, let's just say that in my morning report to the higher-ups I said that that issue and the fact of responses appearing out of chronological order are officially at the top of the Pain Point list. So the tech team is aware of the problem and I fervently hope we have a solution soon. Thank you for your kind patience...

It would be really helpful

If I could find my own posts so I can keep up with those threads I've entered. I can't remember where I was.

Marye - something like the "check messages" or "Message center". Forgive me if you already talked about this someplace and its been addressed and I'm sure if you could you would.

Like for this question, I suspose I am going to have write down where I asked it so I can check for the answer.

and BTW, just where am I?

Thanks, Rose

ongoing discussion

Wendy - I can't give you an answer, but I can tell you it's being discussed. I personally agree with you, that the most recent should be on top. I can also tell you that's it going to be one way or the other - can't have it both ways.

Could it show the most recent post in a forum first?

That would help considerably for now... to start at the most recent and go back in time instead of having to scroll thru the entire history from day 1 to find current conversations.

missing April?

I dunno. I'd suggest sending email to David Lemieux in the Tapers section (his email is listed there). Maybe he was on hiatus for a few weeks!
