One issue that probably affects the vocals is that the crowd was pretty rude and talked through his whole set. I was FURIOUS, as they would never behave that way when Jer was onstage (as he later was, and the Dead set from the same show, which as I recall was some bandmember and friends on the billing, was very nice). I'm sure Brent had to deal with worse crowds, but STILL.
As for Go Ahead, great bar band...

to Stephen in PA. If you like Brent's vocals you will like Go Ahead, I would say he sings at least half the songs on these shows. The Graffiti Showcase, Pittsburgh, PA 10-29-1986 shows are the best, great versions of The Weight, and Shes Not There.
