My suggestion, which I pm'd to Fluffhead, would be for him to wait until the vine gets to the person right before him and then pms his address. This way we know where is at the time, and that he is still into vining. If he doesn't pm, then the vine goes on to the next signee.
BTW, he seems pretty cool, I hope he sticks around.
