Here are a few other tidbits for the 7/10/90 show.
Carter Finley is a football stadium. There was a grassy hill there on one side opposite the stage, and folks were determined to keep the heads off the hill at all cost. Law enforcement was stationed there. During the show, there was a thunderstorm, and the hill became a muddy mess. The heads purposed in their heart to take the hill during the first set. It became a nice game of "king of the hill." Some brave heads galloped and stormed to the grassy top, only to be quickly neutralized by law enforcement. The heads quickly called up their reserves and re-enforcements and put it all in for one gallant and fearless charge up the hill and overwhelmed their adversary's defenses. They took the hill at around 2:00 minutes in Masterpiece. You can hear the crowd roar in triumph at around 2:06 on this soundboard copy.

Included are some interesting articles on the Raleigh 7/10/90 show. It's stapled together. Keep it with the vine. Read and pass on. If you want a copy, make photocopies or contact me, and I can send a copy.

Or crashing the gates, I always thought that kind of stuff gave deadheads a really bad name. If you don't have a ticket you aren't going in and if they say stay off the hill then stay off the damn hill.
Oh and by the way I'm in on this one =) Thanks David!
