Shouldn't there be a link to "chat" there?
I know it's beta -- is it now available to all who have a user account?

it sounds like you're typing your posts, they're showing up, but no one else is in the chat room to answer. Or are your posts not showing up in the chat window?

How about the chat room was in a small window on the main dead.net site, like i`ve seen twitter on some sites.
Would that be cool?
First, I`m SO happy that this is being worked on.
If memory serves, the GD Chat room is/was one of the oldest on the net. (not age of members, runtime)
I look forward to its return.
In Firefox, under winxp (you have money for my new OS, i dont, nor have i the expertise to do linux, same issue on my win7 comp, and in IE), i get a open chat window, with the input screen, and inputs seem to go in, but i dont see ANY chat.
