There is a moment during the Other One jam when the band just starts to fall apart completely - on the verge of collapse, starts to sound really bad, then out of nowhere Mickey (?) hits the snare in a LOUD rapid fire succession - rat tat tat TAT rat tat TAT - about six or seven times. It sounds like he is deliberately giving everyone else something to grab on to ("here boys, here is the lifeline - grab it!"). And it works! Jam saved.
