30 Days Of Dead FAQs
Q: How come I can't download today's track on my iPad or mobile device.
A: Although you can stream today's track on your iPad or iOS device, if you want to download the track you will need to download it on your desktop computer.
Q: How can I tell if download has started?
A: If you are in Internet Explorer or Firefox, a pop-up will appear on your screen asking you where you'd like to save the file. If you are in Safari, an indicator will appear in the top right corner to show that the download is in progress. If you are in Chrome, a button should appear at the bottom left hand side of your browswer to indicate that the download is in progress.
Q: The track downloaded but I can't seem to find it...
A: The location of your download depends on the applications you use and your operating system. If you are using Firefox, Chrome or Safari, the download is most likely in your Downloads folder.
If you use iTunes or Windows Media Player: The download will automatically import songs into your chosen media library. This is where your music will be stored.
In some instances, files are saved to your computer using your Web browser's default save location. Search for the files on your computer or check your Web browser settings to determine the default location for saving downloaded files.
Q: I still can't get the download to work.
A: If you are unable to download the track while using your current browser, please try installing the Chrome web browser on your machine.
The bottom left of the screen shows a download happening and 2 things are not right: 1 the download takes way too short a time and 2. The downloaded file is only a few kb in size and contains no music

Help! Haven't been able to download from here on either chrome or ie. Up to 21 Nov could get them from deadroots.net, but more recent days' songs not there. How are you guys getting the download to work?
yes. I have the same track, but with a file creation date of March 8, 2011. You may also have Casey Jones from 4/11/72, Black Throated Wind from 4/16/72 and He's Gone from 4/17/72 floating around for much the same reasons.

...and I'm posting it here because the 'Got Questions, Ask Here' thread causes my browser to hang/freeze.
I found a song on my mp3 player that I'm not sure where it came from. It's a 320 kbps version of Playing in the Band from Tivoli Concert Hall 4/14/72. The file info says it was created Monday, March 07, 2011. Anyone know if this was a free download that was offered in conjunction with the release of E72 complete?
Wow, seeing all the comments here about folks not being able to download makes me sorry I didn't check this page out earlier in the month. If you have problems downloading, and have followed the Dead's advice given on this page and STILL have problems, try going here:

We've been helping folks out since 2010, making the Dead's 30 Days tunes available *almost* daily as The Dead release them. This year we ran into a little bit of a bandwidth problem, but that seems to be fixed, at least for the time being.
Thanks again to the Grateful Dead for the continued November miracles!

Help, Please? Since Nov 8 I've been unable to downlaod any of the tracks. I get 8, 16, 24, 40 or 64 kb files and nothing else. I tried to download files I had previously dl'ed successfully just to see what happens--same result. I've tried IE, Firefox, Chrome and Opera. I've re-booted the computer, the modem and the router. No luck. I've had no problems dl'ing other file types from other sites. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.....
Same for me
use this:
http://rhino.edgeboss.net/download/rhino/gdead/30days/2012/xdrkstrx.mp3 with Down then all (firefox plug-in) for day 16

It's their java script download app that cause problem with win 7 - work fine with a Mac
haha besides Charlie Miller and the Davids, who's supposed to be able to know that yesterdays Black Peter is from 2/11/70 early show? Setlists aren't even complete for that show! That was a good one. Good to know they've found more from Feb 1970!!
And again, why isn't there space on the song page to leave comments??
