Thanks I should've joined the competitions as the songs are from some of the new releases ~ doph!
Again, your kindness is exemplary for sharing some, sometimes mystically affecting music without requiring compensation. Providing artwork to store the gifts in a very tidy way just takes it over the top!
Thanks Dave & Co. for another November of 30 Days of DEAD. On the whole this years offering surpassed 2010.
Best tunes; China>Rider, Scarlet>Fire, Dark Star, Estimated>He's Gone, WRS, Playin' and Last Lazy (no need for 2 of these).
Worst tune; Shakedown (terrible!!!) I know there are much better versions in the vault.
And a big thank you there were no Samba in the Rain or Way to go Home.
This 30 days of dead thing really is pretty cool. But i just downloaded all the MP3s at once with the download link and they all go into itunes completed unlabeled, now i have to go back and forth to get all the information(date, location etc...) for each one?
Doesnt really make sense to have a front and back cover if your going to be storing these digitally
This was a lot of fun this year, however, I wish we would have been blessed with "The Days Between", and/or "Lazy River Road". Oh well.
Thanks for the generosity!
had the same thought too, took me a while to see they were drumsticks
edit: hmmm this wasn't supposed to show up here either, my replies pop up as comments my sentence would make more sense under the proper comment.
Yeah, good call on the Star Wars reference. I was going to hold out on buying this release since 5/25 is not in the top 10 for May 77 and what already circulates is fantastic quality with the exception of Promised Land. It may be worth it for the cover though since I am a huge Star Wars fan too.
This has been a whale of a treat from The Dead. Thanks, guys!
